Folder Options

I have had some members ask about folders and stating that the information that I tell them is nowhere to be found.  So to clarify things I posting this here.  This will change as folders get divided up.  Red bullets are not opened to public, Green bullets are to public, Yellow bullets is only open when public is allowed.  Blue bullets means that I have not opened that yet but it will be open to public for submission.
